How verification works
Per spec §3.7.3 — we review every coach signup within 24 hours.
When you sign up, we try to match your institutional email domain to a school in our catalog. If it matches, your account is queued for quick admin approval. If it doesn’t, a CBSC admin will verify you manually against the NCAA or NAIA member directory.
You’ll receive an email when your account is approved and can start searching.
